Beth Mohr

In the autumn of 2017, Beth Mohr bought the old merchant`s house in Vestergade 41 to create an international art center on Ærø. The buildings have been lovingly restored so that they appear as much as possible as they did when they were built almost 250 years ago. The idea is to let modern art play against lived life and the colours of the past. In June 2018, the first exhibition with Danish, European and American artists opened.

Beth Mohr is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam, Netherlands - Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Beth Mohr lives and works in Copenhagen and on Ærø. Beth has had more than 100 exhibitions in Denmark, Spain, Russia and Dubai. Her works have been included in important private collections in Denmark and abroad.
